SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Alcona County will conduct a Public Hearing on February 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Alcona County Commissioners meeting located at, 106 5^th Street, Harrisville on the lower level for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant.

Alcona County proposes to use CDBG grant funds in the amount of $236,000.00 for providing income-eligible homeowners with funds to make necessary repairs to their homes to meet applicable rehabilitation standards and code requirements. We will be leveraging funds with HPG funds to assist at least 7 households in Alcona County . All activities, upon completion, will benefit low to moderate income households. Zero persons will be displaced as a result of the proposed activities.

Box 272 Harrisville, Ml 48740 or made in person at the public hearing.
